Our Team

Barbara Spoor LL.B (Hons)

Deputy Vice President of The Warwickshire Law Society.

Barbara Spoor, has over 20 years of experience in the field of Complaints and Compliance. Her background is working for the Law Society in their complaint handling arm. She has also worked on professional misconduct matters for the SRA and had full training in the Code of Conduct. Barbara has an excellent reputation, having been consulted by authors of ‘How to be an Ethical Solicitor’ making a significant contribution to the Complaints and Negligence chapter. Barbara is also a speaker with Lexis Nexis having produced a webinar on the benefits of having an effective complaint management system. Barbara has written articles for The Solicitors Journal with an emphasis on learning from a complaint. During a firms ISO Review it was commented upon how impressed they were by the complaint handling aspect of the business and how this was handled, something that Barbara was and continues to manage. Barbara has helped numerous firms in regards to complaint handling, client care, compliance and dealing with The Legal Ombudsman, Barbara has also provided in house training to firms on a range of subjects.
Tamsin

Tamsin is a law undergraduate, with past customer service experience.

She has been helping CRCS Legal with media posts for the past three years, setting up twitter and facebook initially, and continual support with this aspect of the business.

She is now combining this with dealing with complaints as part of the CRCS Legal team.

Zoe Mobley

Zoe Mobley, Consultant, has 30 years experience both in the legal profession and in the fields of compliance. A former Legal Executive specialising in Family Law, Zoe worked with Barbara at the complaint handling body of the Law Society for many years. Latterly Zoe was Head of Quality & Service (Regulation) at the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Zoe is skilled in communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement and has a strong reputation for her pragmatic problem solving approach.

Krissy Hiu
Kissy holds a Law degree and was called to the Bar by The Honourable Society of Grays Inn. She has a background in Customer Relations and Complaints and also previously worked as a Paralegal, specialising in Family Law.
Danyal Rubani
Danyal is an experienced Compliance professional having worked in both in-house and private practice. He is familiar with the SRA Codes of Conduct, AML legislation and the GDPR.
